Multi-family Properties:                  Well located value-added, under-managed and distressed multifamily
                                                        properties.Opportunity for redevelopment and lease-up.

Terms:                                             All cash or subject to existing financing

Number of Units:                              Minimum 150 units or larger

Age:                                                 1980 or newer

Deal Size:                                         $10 million, no maximum limit. Individual assets or portfolios

Locations:                                        Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York New Jersey, Pennsylvania
                                                        Delaware, Maryland Virginia
                                                        Georgia, North and South Carolina, Florida
